This research focuses on the art of metaphor in the poetry of a prominent Andalusian poet, who has used this rhetorical art in a remarkable way and is reflected in his poems, and after that the key and tools We have started research on this subject, and we have decided to open the closed doors on this subject, and we have started research under the title "Asking for ibn al-Labana al-Dani's poems. Our rhetoric research and the artistic division of metaphor, which is mentioned in the rhetorical book, has led us to divide our research into three parts, and there is an introduction, followed by the results of the research and the sources. In the introduction, light was shed on a brief description of the poet's life (biography) and the importance and value of art and literature (metaphor), and the first part under the title "Dividing metaphor according to two sides to the (Al- tasrehea & Al- mknea). And the title of the second part is (the classifying metaphor based on the word to (Al- aslea & al- tbaea), and the third part is dedicated to investigating (the distribution of metaphor according to the appropriate for (al-Marshaha, and mutlaqa). It is clear that the metaphor has invaded a wide range of ibn al-Labana's poems, and it embodies its influence on its own self-determination, when the poet gives life to (mentality) and (senses) and makes them a human full of beauties in life, and that is the reason why the metaphord image is full of movement and lives, and it makes different from the dead image.
